Make sure your customers leave their messages in an online diary instead of providing you with their feedback. Diary can be updated constantly, adding information about how customers use your product in order to improve their lives. You can provide its clients with a product free of charge or at a discount in exchange for something that they will maintain the diary. 
Your clients may publish daily reports on the benefits they received from using your product, on the positive emotions that they have received while. They can write about the fears and feelings of which they are disposed, what a bad life they had before they bought your product, how your product has helped other people they know, etc. 
Your customers can update information every day, every week or every month. This will depend on how often they will use your product. You can use the communication with the diary in their advertisements, or to put a link directly to the diary.
