How many times have you had this: Have you seen an ad and you have a question, the answer to which is decided for you, buy you or not? Do you spend extra time to write a letter on this issue entrepreneur? If yes, whether you have enough patience to wait for a response, or if you went to a competitor's site and bought it? 
You see, in fact, it is important to answer all the questions your potential customers before they have them there? What do you do for this?

If you can not afford it, tell your customers that you answer their questions as soon as possible or within a reasonable time. 
Then keep track of all the questions and answers to their complements your selling text or update your page frequently asked questions. As of this time and the difference may depend on your sales and sales of your competitors.
